Ingredients
- 1.25kg chicken breast
- 1 cup plain flour
- 3 cups breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp dried thyme
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 1/4 bunch chopped parsley
- 2 eggs
- 200mL milk
- Oil sprayÂ
- 10 burger buns
- 10 tbsp mayonnaise
- Salad of choice. We recommend lettuce, tomato, grated carrot, cucumber
Method
- Pre heat oven to 180°C.
- Combine the fresh and dried herbs with the breadcrumbs.
- Combine the beaten eggs and the milk.
- Crumb the chicken breast using flour, then egg, finish with the herb breadcrumbs.
- Spray an oven tray with oil, put the chicken breast on the tray, spray lightly, and cook for 15 minutes.
- Slice the burger buns in half, spread a small amount of mayonnaise, top with chicken and salad of choice.
