Ingredients
- 1 cup popping corn
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1 cup dried apricots, chopped
- 1 cup dried apple, chopped
- 1 cup sultanas
Method
- Cook popping corn in a microwave, saucepan with a lid or simply use a popcorn maker.
- Allow popped corn to cool for one minute before removing.
- Mix remaining ingredients with the popped corn.
